Hello to all..ok went with growstar 1200 watt,also has some cree cobs and uv and ir..should be ok to get started..my delima is i didnt get an inline fan so i have a fan at bottom of closet pulling cool air in and fan at top blowing air out..grow is in closet so there is space at top bottom and sides..humidty is at 44% and temp got up to 81..this is with no pots or soil in tent as well..should i get the inline fan and exhaust through attic..or is 81 ok??thank you so much..sorry so long winded..i will also have pics coming shortly

If the temp is 81 without the light, it will be hotter with it.
If the 81 temp is with the light, the presence of plants will change that.
When the plants start transpiring a lot, that will help keep the temperature lower.
The evaporation of water from leaves soaks up heat without raising temperature (heat of vaporization).

Best would be to vent someplace thru a carbon filter, but you might be able to avoid it if the stink is ok.

Havent measured yet..but guessing 20 inches or so

Thanks..yes 81 with lights on..im thinking plants and such should raise humidty as well

I know its a bit blurple but it does have 4 cree cobs and i will also be adding some larger cfls for supplemental lights..at what point do you have to worry about closet be open to much and light leaking or is that not a thing??also could i exhausr back into the room ..ac usally stays at 75

as long as ur doin autoz, a lil light leak is no prob and yes to the exhaust ques, that'z exactly what i do as well...jus make sure u got some kinda intake fan bringin in the cooler room air ppp

Ok got soil in pots waiting for seeds to germ..wuick question i measured from top of soil ..to bottom of led got 36 inches in between. Is this riight,or do i start higher then lower the liight..using growstar 1200 watt ceee cob light..any advice would be valued and appreciated..hope all is well✌
