Just ordered 2 mars hydro 300w. And I'm wondering if you guys recommend a tent or just mount them in the closet? The closet is about 3 feet wide, 6 feet deep, and the roof is slanted ( the closet is underneath the stairs ). Also I'm wondering if anyone else had a significant increase in heat using these? I'd like to keep this space as stealth as possible, so I would like to avoid large noisy fans. Thanks, Clayton

I think you can just go with what you have on hand. You might throw up some stuff on the sides to help reflect some light? I doubt the units will get terribly hot, but you'll need some ventilation going regardless. But it'd be a nice little area in my opinion.
I use 2 300w and 1 96*3 mars light. I also have a tent that's 2ft deep X 5 wide X 4 wide. I love my tent keeps everything clean and easier to keep temps in control. Just my 2cents.

I use 2 x marshydro 300w in a 80x80x160cm tent. The heat of the LED is nothing in comparison to other lights, but I did struggle with keeping temp and humidity within a reasonable range inside the tent. My tent is in a cupboard with higher ceilings....soooo, yes, I would say work with the cupboard if you can.
