Thanks Redeye & astronomy420 :smokebuds:

This has been a very long build and has been changed around many many times, I still need to replace the entire back panel as the diamond foil bubbled up and now looks shit....
There is also a slight problem with the control panel, it needs to be moved back a quarter inch....the door don't close any more....I need to learn to check measurements!

that is a sweet cabinet you got there stunted

cheers sniper420 :)

Well I fixed the control panel because it was pissing me off to no end...
So that just leaves fixing the Diamond Foil.

And according to she who must be obeyed the carbon scrubber works, now the house won't stink.

Stunted I've just found this post and found it great and useful, it's inspired me and given me some great ideas for my next grow cabinet.
Thankfully I grow in my shed so don't need a fuck off great big filter lol.
My DIY skills aren't great either but getting better with every new cabinet built (can't remember if I'm on 8 or 9 now).
Rep'd and well deserved

Thanks Dopey Jim :smokebuds:

Cabinet building can be fun and frustrating at the same time. It seems that no matter how much planning you put into it there is always something that just aint right, maybe it's just me and my crazy head....the brain wants a mansion but the body can only build a cabinet.
I am just lucky that I made the left side modular so it was not a great deal of work to change it from CFL grow box to filter area :)

Also I highly suggest you try using google sketchup for designing your next cabinet, it is fairly easy to use and allows you to try all sort of different configurations before you start hacking at wood.

Thanks man but I've had a look at sketchup and by the time I figured out how to use it I would be drawing my pension. I'm a piece of paper and pencil guy all the way!

tell ya what... if you can get your mind around autocad or similar softwatre... itll blow away the pencil n paper... i used to be strictly pencil n paper guy too... once i went acad.... i never went back... too easy...

JM I'm an appalling Ludite and frankly computers give me the willies but I'll try again because I imagine you're right, otherwise people wouldn't use design software.
I started to learn a couple of months back 'cause I've always wanted to design my own eco house (to fit in with my middle class, hippie, permaculture principles!) but gave up because it made me feel like a rem'
