Patience is key

The new Pez Auto seed I germ'd popped already. So, I planted it this morning.

Pot
1 gallon
Soil mixture
~25% perlite/2 fist's full of Dr Earth Organic Pot of Gold/and the rest is Black and Gold Organic.
Light
I stuck this under the UFO Led (100Watt actuall draw)
Water
Tap + 1/4 Tsp molasses (to jump start the soil/add in a little cal/mag) I want to get an early start on avoiding any cal/mag issues.

Threw the Benders autos in the wet paper towel last night.

Side note. The Pez Auto seedling has sprouted today.

Side Note:
Finally got one of the bender Auto seeds to pop. They rest just dont want to germ. Going to give the rest another day to pop, and then Im germing some more Pez Auto's

Popp'ed her in some soil an hour ago.

Same soil mix as the pez.

sorry about that bro, yea i did forget to mention that bender does need some extra care when germing. for some reason they love to keep there shell on as long as they can. even after germ they sometimes need a little help removing there shell. i did a little research on this and i believe its do to there amount of baby food they have in there i believe its called endosperm.

best way to get them to pop fast is scarifying the seed coat. They also for some odd reason like to be planted deeper from seed, if germed in soil. i think its sativa traits.

Im still germing the rest. I dont want to waist them. What do you mean exactly by sacrificing the seed coat? Like scrapping the outsides a little?
I got one planted. So, hopefully thats a female lol.

Little update.
Bender has not popped its head above soil yet
2 Pez auto seeds being germ'd atm
Pic of the current growing Pez. I think it was getting a little to dry in the top pot. So, I gave it some Ph'd aerated water. Definitely seen a little boost in vigor since i gave it a watering. I think it was this morning I gave it to her. Its night now atm here in sunny california. =)..actually its raining lol.

Sacrificing is like putting them in a match box with a piece of sandpaper and shaking it a bit. I haven't tried or done it yet. . But have read that's one method. . If that helps out[emoji4]
