Need help figuring out deficiency

Happy frog soil. Water pH average 6.5. I use 5ml calmag, 5ml of general hydroponics micro and bloom per watering. I haven't really used the grow nute because ive seen signs of nitrogen toxicity claw. I don't believe there are gnats, I haven't seen any bugs of any kind.
Should be easy to find neems oil and talking to another grower(my mate) he suggest spray one leaf with neems oil and see how plant reacts to it then you'll have your answer. Don't worry mate at the worst you'll come out of this that much smarter and you'll learn from it, nothing is ever wasted when you learn from your problems
Good luck mate!! it's Friday and beer and weed smoking time for me.

That is the start of a calcium issue. You need to do a diagnostic check of your soil.. In the mean time you need to use a calcium foliar spray to get some calcium to the plant. Calcium issues start at the bottom of the plant and it works its way upward. It spreads very fast. And you should never wait a day or two to see if things get better.. Same with just continuing on and doing nothing. Dont do either one of those. Autos have ZERO recovery time, so every single issue, from big to small needs to be addressed immediately, or it will get worse.

How old is the plant and when did you start feeding? If you are feeding EVERY time you water, I'd cut back on that. Im not sure where using nutes every watering came from. It's really a bad habit that new growers should try to break. Soil is not hydro. Soil is food for the plant.

But start with checking the basics of the soil (ph and ppms).. One of those two are most likely out of whack..

Not to be a party pooper, but, please, do not spray your flowering plants with neem oil or any other chemical. Huge no no.. No one should do this with any type of spray. Neem is nasty smelling stuff and is known to stay in the buds and effect the taste and smell. I doubt you have spider mites or fungus gnats. It's hard to miss either one.

If it spread so fast then it is leaf septoria. Kill the plant and sterilize everything. If it was a mosaic virus the spread would not be so rapid and it wouldn't make a serious difference to the plant's growth if any. Mosaic virus affects the looks of the product not really its quality and quantity and it's effects are gradual not rapid.

I started feeding nutes around day 21. I soaked pot and it took forever to dry.(drilled more holes in pot after day 30 or so)I give a light dose, never the recommended amount. This morning I gave 7 gal pot 1 gallon of distilled water with 5 ml calmag pH at 6.4. the ppm runoff is in the 200-400 range.

I also removed all the bad leaves, only 2-3 weeks left til harvest

100% agree with you mate and I did forget to say don't spray buds(good you noticed), but i did warned in other post it stinks really really bad and not all plants like it , thats why i suggest just spray/rub on one leaf and see what happens.
Again I'm not saying leaf septoria is what it is or how far your harvest is away will effect if you want to use neems oil, but if do spray never spray neem's oil on any bud, never- ever - never just don't do it, just spray/rub-on the infected leaf ( i also think just underneath portion of leaf, google that one because i'm guessing now)and no other portions of plants should be sprayed, not even stem i think(another guess, been long time). But any green house guy will have tons of experience with leaf septoria because i think tomato plants are famous for it and can give tons of info on it. Also believe it's related to grow condition of room because I've only see it outside and that nitrogen is what you feed it if you must react with nuts, but again just a guess on my part and you did think you had nitrgen problem before spots started so you must make that call. But again if your that close to harvest why bother with any sprays and just clean up dead leafs and harvest, after clean room and maybe review your notes on that grow to figure out how it started.

p.s. The way i was told to tell is it's septoria is the spot will be almost perfectly round and spread in almost a uniformed pattern. they will start yellow but end up brown or yellow with little brown dot in end.

Neem oil is toxic to humans. Don't spray your buds with it.
Fungus can show up in many forms but they main thing is that they spread rapidly. Unfortunately even with the best of pictures you can never really tell and the problem is that it doesn't have symmetrical spots no matter what. It is the rapidness of damage that makes it a prime suspect.
Calcium issues I rule out since your soil is wet which means that calcium has the way to circulate in the system. The worrying thing is that with one or two watering sessions using cal Mag you should not have issues anymore.
Well since growing also needs courage and it's only two weeks left, continue as you are and fulfill the harvest cycle. But right after sterilise everything just in case.

I found a decent site on what to do with the septoria situation.
It's worth reading...
