What medium are you growing in?
What nutes are you using?
What is your PH (including run off)?

At first view, it looks like the beginings of a phosphorus def'c.
But that means nothing pending what your feed rate is and PH.

You may want to consider looking at the pictures in the infirmary section of this site.

Happy frog soil. Water pH average 6.5. I use 5ml calmag, 5ml of general hydroponics micro and bloom per watering. I haven't really used the grow nute because ive seen signs of nitrogen toxicity claw. I don't believe there are gnats, I haven't seen any bugs of any kind.

Weed colds sore maybe; leaf septoria ? fungus / bacteria spray or leave and see if it spreads. Think it happens on tomato plants alot.

edited; i think neen oil?? is what they us on tomato plants but if i remeber it stinks bad and some weed plants don't like it.

If you think it is Leaf septoria

- I remember now mate it happen to me outdoors once, think it happed to me because it was hot and wet for few days in a row. I'm pretty sure it won't kill the plant but will decrease yeild. I think i used neem(not neen) oil and collected dead leaves so it can't hitch hike a ride to other plants outdoors in the wind. If you think thats what it is you need to clean your grow room after this grow and all your tools because it's a spore and they like hitch hiking mate.

It spread all through the plant now. Just noticed yesterday and now it's way worse. Couple lower leaves real yellow and half is shrivelled and dead. I gave cal mag water this morning with 6.3 pH.

Give it another day or two...nothing to lose in the mean time.
But expect to kill it and sterilize your tools and grow space.
