3 Cups Flour
1 1/2 cup water
8g of instant yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
Mix sugar, water and yeast

Mix or kneed for 7-10 min
bring pot of water to a boil with 1 Tbsp baking soda added to water

form bagels let rise to double size
gently place bagels in boiling water for 2 min then into a 400F oven for 12 min roughly go by the color they will be darker due to the baking soda

I sprinkled poppy seed and sesame seed and in the dough dehydrated onion flakes its Called an everything Bagel here

snow almost all gone here. give it another week, and yours will be gone too!. I am looking forward to ice out, and trolling for salmon.
you cant enjoy salmon trolling unless the snot is freezing on your face.

It has been consistently warmer so hopefully will all be gone by may 1st I need to start building a greenhouse !!!

My new light arrives on Friday wish I could get my temps up in the grow room
