Indoor Natural Ways to Ph up and Ph Down.

So I was wondering what you guy use to naturally ph your water up or down.

I use common white vinigar you get at the store added to my bubbly tank at 1 cup per 2 litre pop bottle (1/2 gallon) to take her down.

I seldom have to take her up but when I do I add water soluble Calcium/Magnesium. 2 tablespoons per 2 litre pop bottle

So I was wondering what you guy use to naturally ph your water up or down.
