Extraction NAGreengo's - Hard Pressed

You would make bubble and then press that pressing trim would not yield good altho I never tried I just do bud with no filter. If you had a filter you might be able to use trim. I just take a fat nug and squish right at the edge.
I would definitely press hash! Also wouldn’t be opposed to squashing nugs either! Never had a dab til my boy told me to give it a try. Seemed like a process at first, with the rig and quartz bucket. Now I can do it myself. I like electronic and standard nectar collector. Our local smoke shop Carrys lookah and another one but I forget. Gotta buy or build a press first.

Do it!

I never tried rosin dabs in the past. I jumped into it on a whim and I am beyond happy with the decision and the high is kick ass! And the Lookah Unicorn made it that much better!

I’m in, looking at one on Amazon. Rositech? How many tons are optimal? Ain’t got a ton of money so diy is an option but plug and play is good also. I was checking their rig that presses hash bricks as well. For 449 I think and the rositec? Is like 299 4 ton

IMO I would go with a minimum of 4 ton mine is 12 ton with more then enough power... If buying pre built machine I wouldn't get one that just cam's over you for the long haul your gonna want something with hydraulic presser but in your price range lots of options every brand has something to offer

Hydraulic pressure is a must. With that break over style, bag filling dictates product end pressure and you can't make up the pressure lost as the rosin begins to flow.

:yeahthat: Tried to press some hash and got a very low yeild because I tried to press too much at once and my NS mini couldn't apply enough pressure. Better to have extra pressure than not enough. I will likely upgrade to their regular model here soon on their trade in program.

Came to that conclusion real quick! Got a refund for the RMP2 (which worked okay for nugs, but not great yeilds)
Got a Dulytek DHP5 coming wednesday. Was $270 on Amazon with a $30 discount coupon.

4g is the most hash I'll do with the mini. Since I do it flat and not bottle style with hash, I need to make sure the end package is the recommended size. I pre-press cold ro make sure all the air is out and it's the correct size.
When that's done, let the plates come to temp, and do a 1min. heat up. I slowly bring up the pressure, until I get firm resistance. That's when I start my time for the one min. warm up. If the rosin begins to flow before the end of the warm up, I'll apply full pressure slowly. Usually in 2 min, most is done. Anything left will be recovered in the ArdentFX.
I've had good results with that procedure.
