This week I have added NPK Silica to the Full Up and Kelp foliar spray mix.(1/16 tsp each per gallon) Additionally, I have treated the soil with NPK Bloom Microbes to maintain Microbial activity. I sprinkle the topsoil with 1/8 tsp per pot, and simply water it in.
Sad news.. Last night I found that she had hermied, possibly due to lighting issues. Stay tuned, in a few weeks I'll germ another. Thanks for following along.
Four ladies left. After finding pollen sacks on the two (likely due to light issues) I have thoroughly inspected the other ladies. Ogreberry 2B, had acquired two very immature pollen sacks on the third node. I have removed them, and I will watch intently for more. Jean-O 's Root Beer Float, Ethos Purple Thai, and Mephisto Sour Bubbly remain unchanged. And with any luck at all, will make it to the finish!
Sad news for Sour Bubbly.. I believe that Sour Bubbly was dusted by an unseen hermie in the tent. I also believe that this is due to lighting issues that had a negative impact on my current grow. I feel that showing errors plays a huge role in helping others identify all potentials in the learning process of cultivation.
So far, she's escaped the fate of the others. I will keep a watchful eye on her as there is a high probability that she will develop pollen sacks as the others.
