Indoor n00b question about light, nutrition, and odor

hello, i'm new to the forum and i had a couple of questions. i'm growing organic soil for two autos,Grass O Matic AK47 and Short Stuff Blue Himalaya, and needed a little guidance as this will be my first auto-grow.

1) i'm trying to find a budget light for them when they flower. my plants are about 5 days old. any suggestions? right now i got them under a set of T8's. would T8 be good for the whole grow or just until they become of age?

2) i've read about the Unsulfered BlackStrap Molasses being good for flowering. i bought a container of it and wanted to know what it does, or if anyone has used it, how did it work out? right now i got them on alaska fish fert and no yellowing whatnot that i've seen in videos and pictures. they've actually gotten a slight greener.

3) i've also read that AK47 has a strong odor. is there anything out that can eliminate odor that is organic? i cant afford a carbon filter and i'm living in a guest house. the smell might stir up trouble with the owners, as well as the electric bill, heheh.

will have picsupon request. but they are pretty small and my grow space is a budget grow.

blackstrap is good source of cal/mag. Maybe a 4' 4bulb t5 for whole grow or a 250 watt hps.. how much are you trying to spend and where are you growing? closet, tent, corner of room?
