Gnome Automatics My Journey to ALF#5

That is earlier, kinda, than i thought! I hope my first male is decent and i have a good female to mix with just for an opportunity to see what happens. Doubt that I will get a chance to do much real breeding but a nice stash of reg seeds would be something id like to have on hand.

It really means a lot to me that you take the time to share. Sure am glad i found AFN.

I like to make sure that the seed has plenty of time to mature as well as the plant finish at the same time. The seed count will depend on the density of the flowers at the time when i pollinate.

It never hurts to have some seed on hand that is for sure, i will warn you....once you head down that path the shit gets addicting.

Were glad your here, and hell im glad people even read my shit, so its an honor to have you around to enjoy what we all are here for..

So were in open pollination mode to make the ALF [HASHTAG]#5[/HASHTAG] F3 CMD line.

I know that they dont look like much but here is the thing. I grow in about .5 gal of soil, it lets me see the shape structure as well as a few other items in a smaller scale. Makes it easy when breeding in tents to see several expressions along the line.

The male that is being used has to be the prettiest i have had in a long time. BioTabs for nutes mixed with my own base.

The red tape on them is a marker from an early state, the female that is being used is the first to show sex as well as the same structure of the mother of this line (p2). The male has tape as well as i ID'd him early on with some traits that i wanted. Indicas have a finger split that is different from the hybs or the sati's that we see. Before sex i saw that trait in the seedling and marked it. Right now its way to early to determine if either will blacken but these will make the F3 in the line. This is where the magic happens....

More on the male...to help those who need to learn what male sex organs look like....and that is if there are people still growing regs out there.

Just thought that i would share this part. If you take at the last female that i posted in the open pollination you will see why i selected her.

This is the F2 Male and Female making the F3

here is the mother of that plant, before she was in flower and it looks pretty close to the F2 that is about to get some wonder dust from the male.

Some more Black Leaf coming in on the sister plant. Seems that the F2 brought it right through, now well see what the buds do as they mature.

I dont mind the Black leaf against the green bud the contrast is really, really nice.
