New Grower My first grow journal.

Hi Sophia
, thanks for your feedback. They are in Hempys and I give a litre every other day with a fair amount of run off. If I leave it an extra day there's no run off off. I never mist. Should I?

I would hold off on misting unless you feel like it's extrememly dry. I'm still wondering if overwatering could be an issue. I'm growing in coco and perlite and I only started watering every other day once the plant was fairly big and well into producing buds. Before that it was about every 3 days, and before that every 4 days when it was small. Freshly popped seedlings go about a week without watering. When they're young you don't want to give them too much water. It's good to let the roots stretch out in search of moisture, but obviously don't let it dry out completely.
Not sure if that's actually the problem or if that's any help, but your plants do have some of the symptoms described here: http://www.growweedeasy.com/overwatering

Happy growing.

Thanks for the link.

Day 62 for the second one.
I've raised the LED in case that is what's causing the leaf burn.
My close ups aren't that good sorry.
I reckon I'm nearly there though

I harvested today. Never too sure if its the right time.
I'm quite pleased with my first attempt at LST . It would have been easier if the bucket had been filled to a higher level. Im using smaller ones next time, because none of the grows in this bucket so far have any where near filled it with its root ball.
Ive weighed them. 130g wet. I've removed the biggest leaves but obviously there's the stems etc still to come off. Again pruning is something I'm not to sure about. I smoked everything off my first grow, stem leaves the lot haha. Since the n Ive saved the stems and leaves as I want to have a go a hash.

The little lady in the last shot, who never really got going has a tiny root ball, but two little buds. Waste not want not!!!

@shortie congratulations on your harvest. I have to say, I'm slightly disappointed AFN didn't pull through, helping you. Seems like you limped the whole grow, right to the finish line.
If, and I hope, you start another grow, please tag me. I'm no pro, and know next to nothing about coco, but I promise to be diligent in sourcing some help for you.

Peace
