Great post, thanks.

It’s the brand called Fishsh!t: https://fishheadfarms.com/ Yeah, it smells fresh. I bought it directly from them. I don’t think it’s that.
Smelling it was a joke............. Ok so you have been using this Fishsh!t all along, it has no NPK, it is a bio-stimulant. I believe you have burned through the nutrients in the pot and you just need to feed it.

Mix the Jack's into one gallon of your spring water following these instructions:

Then take another gallon of the spring water and pour in the nutrient mix until you get to 550 plus your water PPM 50? for a total of 600 PPM and feed that to the pot PH to 6.3.

LOL. Well tell me anybody has ever NOT smelled a fish shit product out of curiosity. I wouldn’t believe them. :crying:

I think you’re right here, and I actually think she needed fed 10 days ago or more. Most say FFOF has enough nutes for three or four weeks. Considering I cut her substrate with 20% seed starter, and looking at her symptoms, I’m sure she was hungry by Day 21 or even a day or two sooner.

The little ones are now at three weeks and one of them is starting to show the same markings on her leaves. I won’t make the same mistake. They’ll get their first feeding today. Perhaps their first will have a lower PPM.

Last question on the topic: I watered the big girl last night because I didn’t want to add overly-dried substrate to her issues. Should I wait for her to dry out some before feeding, or in this case, should I go ahead and hit her with Jack’s 321 right away?

Thanks again.

I would feed right away!

What about diseases and things too or its for sure lockout? sorry to see your plants suffer man ; / i hope you can recover to harvest and plan another method next time maybe hydro, you give enough care to your plants i think you can do a DWC no problem and you would be more control of it i think.
Thanks! I think the purple punch will be fine, and the northern lights babies can still thrive. Learned a bunch through this issue so all good. :)

@indicalla just remember these are the things that make us better growers. Remember back when you first stated? I said this would happen, not the specific problems per se, just that we all run into issues. Then once we get it figured out we literally never make that mistake again. the pain, frustration, heartache and all that jazz really imprints on us I think and so with that being said we have to go through these tough moments to get good at our craft.

You’ve got this and you will def get the problem figured out. Just remember that you are new and don’t be to hard on yourself

I’ve been growing for 20+ years and I literally have to replant like 15 that I messed up by overwatering and using new soil. Using new stuff always has a learning curve. Even for vets. You’ve got this my man!
Thanks, dude! I see some new growers on here flipping out when things go wrong, but I’ve got a different type of personality and just enjoy trying to sort issues. So while of course I want my plants to do well, I look at the challenges as an interesting and expected part of the hobby and a great opportunity to learn. I’ve had only enjoyment from this cool hobby, even when my babies are having issues!
