New Grower My beans have arrived!

Hi everyone,

I just received my beans from the Attitude. I plan to germ one of each of the following starting tomorrow. I don't have a huge tent and it'll be and indoor outbuilding grow. I will be using Happy Frog to put them in after they get going, LED Light and 24/7 light schedule. I have my nutes from when I grew before as well as my PH soil tester and PH water tester.

I am not sure if I should do the Speed Bud first or the freebie Garden of Seeds Critical XXL Auto?

What do you all think????

Ok, I've got 4 seeds in the Germination process now. I am using the ronin method.

I am trying to germ 1 Female Seeds Speed Bud, 1 Short Stuff Auto Gorilla Shizzle & 2 Short Stuff Purple Gorilla seeds!

I'll keep you all up to date on their progress!

OK, 1 Purple Gorilla & 1 Gorilla Shizzle have emerged!

I will check in the morning to see if the other Purple Gorilla and Speed Bud has broken through. In any case, I'll be moving the 2 that have popped and they will go to the next step in the Germination process!

Another Purple Gorilla is through today!

Update, 3 of the 4 have broken through, the Speed bud is just beginning to break through (I can see life), so I have 100 percent germ rate at this point. I am using the Ronin method.

I had moved the 3 (from the sealed container) that were actually through and had the pods sitting in a small amount of water to keep them moist. The problem is that we are having high heat and the temp in my tent was warm and they were sucking water up very quickly.

I opted to put the the pods in to my grow bags mixed with Happy Frog and Perilite 70/30 mix. I added my pods and watered the bags hoping they would retain moisture longer. I was careful as to not flood the seedlings with any of the Happy Frog / Perilite mix so as not to burn them.

I hope this will help with the moisture and not hurt the girls!

Hey to the Mods, if my girls strengthen and keep going, should I start a journal or is this OK to continue to add to this thread??
