Look DELICIOUS. Crazy how time flies, I remember not too long ago we chatted about the very beginning of the run. Good work man...the detail in your journal will help a lot of people looking for tips and direction. Well done sir!

The deed is done. The plant we knew as CC is now a memory. She left behind 131.6 grams wet of nice looking buds. Never did expect something like that!! There were soo many buds. I am tired from sitting in that tent trimming!! A lot of work to be sure. Oh well need to get them ready to dry and bag up the trim, a lot of trim. So many sugar leaves and tiny little flowers.
So what do you think the dry weight might be? Somewhere about 1.5oz or 40 grams...

Edit: Scissor hash... Oh yeah.

Picture time...

Bud shot 1 This one is about 3in. long

A good day in the garden today, bittersweet almost, there is a space in the tent, I'll miss watching her grow, but I will for sure enjoy her for a good while to come!

An epic grow diary for sure well, done wwwillie

Thanks for the kind words DH, it was easy with your guidance and the encouragement of the community!
Thanks minime!! I found that I get a kick out of journaling!

Good Morning gardeners! All quiet in the tent this fine day. Starting day three of the drying of CC, things look good, smell good too! Even trimmed they are some powerful stinkers. Stems still feel a bit wet. I have Qt size mason jars, Boveda 62% packs, and an RH meter waiting for them. Should be ready by tomorrow. The average RH in the area is 20-25% so I figure 3, 31/2 days should get me to the jarring stage. BDM looking real done by the leaves of one and very close to done on the other. Will check trichomes tonight, maybe get the scope out although that's a bear to use in situ.
My photo girl BK is doing great! Started a thread just for photo period plants in the appropriate forum.

Wow Wwwillie! After what your CC went through, it turned out to be such a beauty. I am so proud of you !

Repped to you !! :peace:

Just got caught up. Great job man. Glad to see you setup a drying / trimming room, in my experience it is necessary. I got a crack out of picturing you in that tiny chair, I can totally relate (6'4 230 lbs). I didn't have a chair that would fit and spent many hours with my ass on a milkcrate hunched over a paper bag trimming. The thing is permanently bowed in about 3 inches haha.

Im thinking about buying a beanbag chair, lining the floor in plastic, wearing a "Trim Poncho" so I can just lay down and trim and just clean it up afterwards like a lazy ass. I just had a 2 pound harvest that took me the better part of 4 days to complete, and thinking there has to be a more comfortable way. Not sure if the back will ever recover lol.

Also as for the filters, I have 3 fans and filters, and plan on getting 1-2 more. You really can't have too much, especially in a big basement. Two in the tent, one outside the tent, one for the drying chamber, and one "Mobile" filter to move around if necessary during peak flowering to keep the woman from going berserk. The fans are only like 130w, and most of the time only 2 of mine are running, but it's a small price to pay in the scheme of things IMO.

Anyway, killer job as always

Mrs. Stick and I just completed chopping my first indoor photo, and was thinking about how overwhelming your first harvest can be.
Just want to encourage you that it does seem to get easier, the more plants you harvest and trim.

Peace.
