Nutrients mrs f6 does Optic Foliar comparison grow #test

.. I though fish waste is mostly ammonia..? They excrete fairly little urea,..until all are converted by the 'crobes, of course! ... yeah, the weight of the droplets can do that, happen often with me too! I use a toothpick or bamboo skewer to prop her up until the stem starts to harden out some,... :smoking: looks like she's starting to pull ahead now,...

yeah the fish waste starts off as ammonia but I never see it, I have a huge bio filter converting it to nitrite then usable nitrate, only readings I generally see is the fully converted waste as nitrate.

and I actually exchanged plant positions so to closer one is the non OF plant, and yes it is pulling away, hoping the OF plant kicks on and catches up!

I am actually more interested in the benefits of OF as opposed to one plant out performing another (things like lusher canopy, more points etc)

great looking plants, doing better than anything else I have going (GSC, LSD-25 & Delicious Candy)

Soon we should see some change to the leafs after spraying (haven't really been monitoring that yet) will keep an eye out for those signs and do a series of comparison shots over time after a spray. When a few more of those 5 finger girls are out!

not bad for just a spray and a feed since Saturday :)

girls day out!
WP_20161008_14_52_24_Rich.jpg

OF plant on the left in top pic always been a little smaller, but the OF plant has more activity, more leaves fully open and a general healthier look, I think she will catch and match the larger girl. Bottom pic OF plant on right!:)

big old feed today and a cleanup of their tub, can't be happier!

did a bit of a study of the application and 5minute intervals but unlike an auto I have under t5 there is not a great deal of leaf changes under the 600w Mh

hmm, got some nute burn, gave a flush.. Looking a little better :/

no updates until they recover a bit :(

[edit] they are recovering already but the larger leaves will be lost, I think a combination of direct sun and a decent feed got them a bit cooked, I am also eyeing off the cheated iron and ground banana skins I added... Hmmm, thing is all my other plants had same feed (although they are aquaponic recirculating)

no pics until they are well, makes me sad, sorry folks, soil noob, should have handed them over to mrs f6 earlier.
