Update time. A cold snap at the pig waller has the girls slowed down a bit. I'll be putting a seedling mat under the pots later today to bring the soil temps back up where they need to be. The girls have already started to develop a stank to em, can't wait to see how they turn out under the LED. I had one more lady show and potted her up to a 2 gallon smart pot. She's behind anyway and I just wanted to see how the smart pot would perform.




Ms Piggy and I did a sniff test on all the males to see who smelled the best. The male I was favoring turned out the winner, so the rest got the axe. He gets kept in a different room so I can selectively pollinate lower buds.

Thanks squiddy! If I get the time I'll do a mini report today. I'm real busy fighting off the flu and quitting cigs at the same time. Feels like fingernails on a chalk board and peeling my skin off all at the same time. Gross.

Update time! The girls liked the addition of the heating mat a whole lot, but between that and starting in party cups they're still a bit stunted. Especially the little girl in the two gallon smart pot, waited way too long to transplant her and she's not on the heating mat. This is what I get for ignoring Muddy's advice on party cups. I'm done starting in them. I've been saving up a bunch of 32oz yogurt containers and I'll be starting in them from now on, at least with autos. The soil's PH has swung to the lower end of six, but they're hanging in there.

I also noticed the UV light in the middle of my light is charred. I'll be sending this unit in for another after this grow. After seeing how many blackstars are burning out I'm starting to change my opinion about them and wish I had gone with a 2x2 t5 or a 250 hps. The led still grows dank, I'm just tired of fussing with it.
