I guess you guys figured out the amount of lpm I have. Looks like 8lpm per plant. Autopots says 1lpm per plant is good and that is with 4+ gal of medium. I have 6 plants in 1 gal pots, slightly over 1/2 gal of Coco used. So I am using 8x the recommendation per plant. My theory is less Coco provides more 02 and drys Coco out faster...resulting in faster growth.

Everyone seems to be using coco, I am going to have to get over my fear of it. Do you mean slightly over half a gallon of coco per pot? what do you mix with...perlite?

I have used 6Lpm per pot with a very good growth. Im doing straight coco in autopots with airdomes. Im not a pro, but i could give a hand if needed.

About the root control-disc i have put gold side face down in every pot, with an extra rootdisc gold face up in the tray.

I can only DREAM that my plants would get big enough to have to worry about the roots coming out of the bottom of the pot, LOL. I am afraid of coco, but may soon do a "grow along" with @2Stoned2Care and I think that would be a great way for me to break my coco fear.

I can't quite figure out what these guys are saying when I ask them what exactly the lpm is for a plant done they way they say is so good. I am asking for clarification and will post back if I get something. I did order a pump that is 1700 gph just to be sure. If it's too much, I'll just run the excess air in to the air

(which IMHO seems low) Im running 7 liters per minute on one plant, so I am over what they say, but everyone says more is better. (but like you said, HOW much more?) Sooooo, according to my calculations....if you have 1700GPH, that breaks down to approx 6300 liters per hour, which is 105 liters per minute dude! If you are going to use that on one plant either she will grow like a beast or you will over blow her skirt up to the top of the tent, LMAO.

I can only DREAM that my plants would get big enough to have to worry about the roots coming out of the bottom of the pot, LOL. I am afraid of coco, but may soon do a "grow along" with @2Stoned2Care and I think that would be a great way for me to break my coco fear.

Your roots maybe not comes out this time, but give it a couple of grows and you will be a queen of growing. I wish i would have tried coco sooner, wish i never had touched soil. In coco things happen quicker so when doing something wrong or correct you see a difference almost immediately. Wich means you learn quicker how the girls respond.
With the help of 2Stoned2Care and his green tumbs you are in good hands. That man can grow weed!

Last time i checked your girls looked great. Now im waiting for a new update

I am just on my 2nd grow with only coco, air domes and Autopots. 2stone is the one to tag along with. I am afraid I can not participate but I will watch and stay involved. What a great op to be offered to us.

Aurora /roots has a soil mix, greenlite tgats a coco and peat mix. I used one bag and it did well hand watering. Not sure why i didn't get another. Stoned maybe

Thanks sweetie, update will be posted today. Yes, 2stoned is awesome. He has helped me since the beginning of this grow. I cant wait to possibly do a GROW ALONG with him! I checked out some of your posts, it looks to me like you have quite the green thumb too! wow!

LOL. It would turn my autopot in to a erupting volcano of coco. I'm going to split the pump in to 8 runs of air lines. 6 for my 6 autopots and 2 for the 2 reservoirs that I might as well throw an airstone in. So about 15 LPM per plant. Some are full size 16 liters autopots and some hare cut down half size.

DAY 40 UPDATE: I never thought i would make it this far, well...with them all alive and thriving anyways!
sooooo.....autopots are definately on and working, but louise seems to have a heavier pot than thelma, not sure why.
also, louise still seems to be growing massive leaves while thelma is showing buds? twins, yet so different.
Been hand watering the unknown lady daily with 1 liter of water/nutes. Those airpots seem to dry out fast!
I cleaned the res and filled it back up with 3 gallons of water this time and 1/2tsp per gallon each of GH grow,micro,bloom. Temps are 79-82 and everyone seems happy.

I was thinking of conquering my fear of coco for my next seed babies...so I went to my local grow store and got the only bag they had (I HATE BRICKS) It is canna terra pro plus. i hope I got the right stuff

I really wish I had the extr $$ to order some nice seeds. All i have is my freebies...one auto NL and one auto AK.
i JUST dont trust the freebies I have been getting. Have not had good luck with them germing.
