Mold or mycelium takeover??

GG4 Jw Cut, & Auto Afghan skunk.
Only one that this happened too, she was a late popper however! For now she will be separated with a zip lock baggie to prevent anything coming off of her.

Looks like some form of pythium. see the base of the seedling looks like jelly?
 
Right now what do yall think would be the best plan of action?

Just wondering cause this little one looks like she's getting wrecked!

We would need the full story.. How was this seed germinated? Did you have it in that solo cup with a ziplock bag over it? Not sure how it could be a mycelium take over unless you added a bunch of mycelium to that solo cup.. And if you did, it would be growing all over the surface of the soil. Which I see no signs of.. The fact that it's all over the seedling has me leaning to it being mold.. Something aslo tells me that the seedling was in a high humidity environment for too long.. But more info is needed. Right now.. My vote is mold.. Mycelium doesn't grow on plants..
