Dutch Passion Moby Does DP's TD & AM

Seeds are from Dutch Passion, Auto Mazar&Think Different.:tiphat:

Seeds are very good choice as well as lighting.

You will cheaply get the best result if you buy 400 W MH bulb and use it at 300W then in flowering, you would change for 600W HPS run on 600 W. Your balast supports 400w and 600w bulbs.

Have in mind that you will have to change your bulbs regularely for the best results and you will wear out both anyway. If you buy two, they will simply last longer and they are not expencive at all. Remember that you are buying very good light so buy the best bulbs too, no matter if one costs 2 grams of dried buds more. 2 grams buds can be easily paid out during better quality of equipment. And makes your grow better overall what means more juicy buds.

If you grow properly, you will have your investment in MH bulb paid out in the very first grow.

I started four of my TD under LEDs and then moved them under HPS yet in vegetative stage and there is some unnecessary stretch and plants do not have so rich structure I would like them to have. But no problem at all, I am just talking about what is the best and notwhat works somehow. HPS works somehow also in veg stage but it is far better if yo do not make yourself limits that can be avoided.

If this is your first grow you will make yourself many troubles, I am sure, and you do not need to make things worse where not necessary.

Many thanks for the advice Gonzo!! ATM I'm not going to get MH cause of my budget for this one(just invested on couple of pretty expensive lenses to my Canon). I have couple of T5's and CFL's for the missing spectrum. Guess I'm looking for trouble..

I've been following couple of grows which only used HPS and came out with OK crop. I'm not looking for a mind blowing harvest, just to get something so i will survive the summer's work project :hump:

Does anybody happen to have any experience on Gold Label nutes? I was hoping to get my hand on some Biobizz, but end up with GL in my hands. Hope it works better than catnips..

What comes to seeds i think thats the only place if you want to get reliable Autos. Wasn't even thinking any other place!!!
Hope they Germ like a charm and grows to be classy ladys

Thanks DPTony! I hope I'm able to pull something out of these girls, experience at least :) But they do have a pretty tempting reputation and that's why i chose them.

Even the small seedlings can bring out monsters!!! Both of your seed choices have been known to almost push the grower out of house and home. both of your ladies are going to get very sizable. It will be interesting to see how those six plants may make you wish you were growing only three or four!!!! best of luck!!!

I subbed on the fact that you are going to grow TD

I really do hope that i might have problem with the space but I'm prepared ;) i have one extra bedroom empty if that's going to happen. Although I'm a bit worried on those TD's and one mazar..they look VERY weak and don't seem to catch up, like they came out too early from the soil(they all were planted 5mm deep with tails down)..i prepared them the same way i have always done..12h in glass(25c&all sanked), then between 2 cotton badges(27c) till the tails are few mm long. I've been giving them only ph'd water and 2ml of roots. Temps are looking good (day 24-26.5c, night 19-20.4c) depends on the wattages and humidity is 45-55.

For soil i use 2 types of soil. 2/3 from the bottom is regular gardening soil with perlite and 1/3 on top is soil made for seeds and planting, pretty low on nutes with good air and water abilities. Both are ph6.5 with good mixes of Cal and Mag. I know they are only couple of days old but they look nothing close to their siblings which are just 1day ahead. I was pretty close to order some new ones from DP but decided to give them some more time. Hope it all turns well..
