Grow Room Micro Auto Adventures with Mr. Sparkle

I'm curious where you get the material to make your fabric pots.

Thanks TrueSight, as for detailed pics what would you like to see, ill grab some shots of whatever you'd like to see, or ill post pics that i have already taken in the past but they may not be included in this thread.
Just random pics, Mr. Sparkle. :smoking: No requests. I gotta tell, among the pc grows your setup looks most advanced yet simplest and cleanest. I just purely enjoy this thread and pictures you have taken.

It just some non-woven polyester fabric "felt", that ive had a bit of for quite some time, you can find it at most fabric stores.

Thanks TrueSight that was my goal with the builds, to have very clean but higher tech solid grow pc's. I'll try and take some extra pics for next weeks update.

By the way, do you think if it is possible to grow in a 45*40*20 cm PC case? Is it too small?

Hey. It is feasible. My box is 44*52*23cm but my usable space is 42*36*23cm (because of the lights, cooling and odor control). You could fit several plants in a space like this (I had 8 myself, but it was a pain during flowering) and Mr.Sparkle has shown that, with top notch environmental control, you can even hit the 10g mark on a single plant (in a 0.5l pot (correct me if I am wrong Mr.Sparkle), mind you :worship:).

As JDoe said totally doable, ill also add Bogan in 47*45*21 outside dimensions, but with a tray size of 39*19 and has 41 till the lights, and if you factor in the circulation fan and the carbon scrubber the actual canopy size cannot be that big.

I can fit 14 0.4l pots in there if i wanted too and run that many plants, but id have to defoliate and keep a good handle on things, 6-10 is a bit more ideal though, saying that and to back up Jdoe i have hit 11-12g out of those pots, but those are on lone growers where they have corners to themselves, typically if all running at once ill get less with them being in the 4-7g range depending.

That being said ive never run an actual yield run, kinda what im doing with this latest run though, 4 0.8l pots ,and 4 0.4l pots that will hopefully end at just 2, so we will have to stay tuned and see ;)

Thanks a million guys, this is definitely good news for me.
I have never grown, I am planning to buy and plant 2 seeds under 4x23W CFL bulbs in PC case as a starter. Who knows maybe I can share my experiences just like you in the future :)

Some of my First grows were under 4' Floro tubes, then eventually CFL's in custom made smaller boxes, i had very nice results from them. Cooling will be your challenge in a pc case, my boxes in the past were designed around ease of cooling.
