Mi5 Twisted Leaves + Stretching

Hello all,
Having a little trouble with one of my mi5's.
The other 3 are fine, but one is very skinny, the gap between nodes is like 2-3", and most new growth is twisting.
All are in 11L pots with Canna pro+, started on canna start, now on half strength Canna Terra Vega + BioBizz RootJuice. Have also used Superthrive throughout.

Not sure what's wrong :(
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

That tall one looks like it didnt have enough lite, but if its getting the same as the other three and its streching like that who knows why its like that.Just go with it and hope it turns out.

It looks to be over fed a bit, which is what's causing the leaves to do that. The stretching looks like it was reaching for light. How high above the plants are your lights? Also, how old are they at this point?

Thanks guys,
They are at day 31 today, I have a 250w HPS, in a cooltube about 16-18" away from the tops.
This one has been directly under the light most of its life. :S
I will give her some straight water for now and see if anything changes.

yeah, like Muddy says, looks like over feeding. when they curl hard on new growth, it's cuz you're lightin em up with nutes! i too am guilty of giving them too much love. it's one of the hardest things when it comes to growing weed...to leave em alone, and not water or nute em too much. i'm getting better at neglecting them now...haha

just a quick note on plain water...if you have fed your plants a "hot" feed, that was too much for them....consider using your feed at 1/4 strength as your flush/feed. it will actually flush better than just using water.
Thanks guys,

Thank you sir! very helpful.
Have also heard from someone that excess chlorine can cause new growth to twist,
I am using straight tap water, does leaving it out for a day let the chlorine evaporate or is that a myth?

Yes, chlorine can cause issues. Do leave it sit for a day before using.

Also, with a 250 watt cool tube you may be able to get the light a little closer. Hold your hand at the top of the plants and lower your light until it feels comfortable on the back of your hand after about 30 seconds or so. That will cut down on the stretching.
