Looks like a nice little setup you've got going. A little hard to tell under the LEDs but am I seeing some yellowing on your leaves? How's your pH?

I am still finding the right beet juice concentration. The ph is ok - just experimenting with the beet juice.

I got one of the cheap LEDs off Ebay. With the supplemental CFLs, it does just fine for short plants.

nice man, ive heard they wnt work if cheap ones but ya show us different lol

Hi Smidgette, just stoppin in...

Nice little setup you got!
How much dry bud do you usualy get out of it? Just curious...

I was getting 9- 30g dried per plant depending on strain. The cabinet can hold 3 plants with Lowryder genetics (short). I got 32g off of a auto White Dwarf in this setup. It was the only plant in there at the time and I did low stress training on it.

The 90w LED and the CFLs don't give me any problems with heat. The Ebay LEDs are 1w diodes. The better quality LEDS have 2-3w diodes. I still think it is a great way to start indoor if you can't do a big setup.

The little one did have some yellowing. I am still experimenting on dosage with the beet juice and yeast. One feeding, I added too much yeast and my solution started fermenting and threw the ph way off. I will be documenting a whole grow from seed to harvest on nothing but beet juice and yeast. I will use Fox Farm soil as my "control" comparision.
