Thanks for the help here are some more pics of the lites lowered carnt lower them any more then this muddy I must say they look better for it after one nite and I think the feed as help a bit any way the auto assassin in the red pots are nearly 4 weeks old do they look ok and the mi5s are 18 days old and they are in the black pots cheers

They are a bit behind but should catch up fast now. Now that you've lowered the light, how far above the plant tops are they?
