are you:
feeding O2 bubbled water that is properly ph'd?
do you allow for soil to slightly dry before water?
did you wait at least a week before first feed of any nutes?
are there large drifts in temps or are they properly maintained?
Is the humidity at right level?

All these things would factor into stunting. In those pots and at that age , I believe they should be a bit more leafy by now.

yea, I wouldn't say your stunted they look pretty on track. be sure and check your items above and keep up the good work. just watch that stretch and help support em if they need it until they can fatten up their stalk.

I have lowered the lites now it just I see people's pics and just seem so much bigger then mine

naw man, sounds like you are loving them good. only other thing is I guess you could up some co2 somehow, and check their soil ph to make sure it's still stable?

I think most people count from pop day or day above soil first. and that could make a week of difference or so.

Just though they would be a bit bigger at this age will they catch up andi feed them for the first time yes day will this help them

With your lights that high they just weren't getting enough light. Drop it down as low as you can without losing light to the side plants. I think you'll see a big difference in a few days.
