Indoor MH 7200K? or HPS?

I have 2 seedlings under a 250W CFL and am putting my AC in my grow room so I can move the plants in there next week. My main grow light is a 600W. Has any one used a 7200K MH? I used it once but had some problems with the grow that caused the plants to stretch and I ended the grow. It this too blue? I have the bulb but I also have a HPS. Should I start under the MH and switch to the HPS? I know most start under MH but they are in the 5000K+ range. Any one ever use the 7200 in hear?
