This is what springtail damage looks like.
Do you mind me asking how did they get into your tent either from ducting or from bringing stuff in thats been outdoors I'm just curious as I've been very lucky in that regards but once something has been outside it never comes back in and that's worked well also on my ducting I have a cover that acts like a blocker to stop them coming in that wayI am going to try and kill the springtails tomorrow morning. I am going to try BTI and I hope that works. I really don't want to use this Sevin(minute man rocket). But I need to get rid of these fuckers asap. I don't want to put the seedlings in an infested tent I only see 2 options. Kill the bugs and keep going or throw them away and scrub the tent down smh.
But they are looking better so I can't bring myself to scrap em. I don't think the springtails really mess with larger plants. They mainly reek havoc on seedlings.

To be honest Tom idk. The only thing I can think of is they were in my untreated coco. So now I am pouring boiling hot water on my coco and buffering it myself. I didn't think about them coming in from the exhaust ductwork. Maybe I need to get something breathable to cover the ductsDo you mind me asking how did they get into your tent either from ducting or from bringing stuff in thats been outdoors I'm just curious as I've been very lucky in that regards but once something has been outside it never comes back in and that's worked well also on my ducting I have a cover that acts like a blocker to stop them coming in that way
I use women's tights just pulled over the end of my ducting that works very well but you would be surprised what can get through that way and I hope it helpsTo be honest Tom idk. I buy decent brand coco mainly canna its pre buffered so I just pot and go as what I get from a harvest easily covers the price of a bag each time but that's just me and I've never had bugs come in my medium but I'm just showing different optionsThanks @St. Tom
That actually sounds a hell of a lot better than nothing.

No I am not pouring boiling water on my ladiesAre you pouring the boiling water in the pots with plants?
I would be curious to get @Mañ'O'Green opinion on what going on there? I almost wonder if there is too much N? I had plants do similar stuff when I feed too much calmag too early
just cause I never really heard of anyone having issues with springtails but maybe they are not actually springtails pests can be easily miss identified

I am pouring water that has just barely started to come to a slow boil. Then I pour that on fresh coco in the sink just to be safe lol. Then I rinse with tap water and then buffer in a bucket with 500ppm calmag solution overnight like Jp suggested
It's all good my friend.I kinda thought that's what you were doing but needed to ask I've heard of people doing more crazy stuff than that
