Day 20

I was going to top the TA tonight, but I think I will wait a day or 2 before I do. I would like her to be just a touch bigger. A day or 2 more wont make a huge difference. She is gonna be a nice size, and I plan on leaving her in veg till day 40-42. Also I put the P150 back on veg mode. Both got about a 1/2 gal of water each this morning.

Two days ago I decided to support her and stand her straight up. I just connected a soft rubber tie to a grommet I put on for training. You can get grommets on your rain science bags if you dont want to diy it.

The LBX is stout! I have let her go pretty much other than a light supercropping till tonight. She isnt quite big enough to lst yet, so I went with a ponytail. I'll leave it on for 10-12 hrs which is little bit after I will get up tomorrow. I then supercropped the branches that are underneath.

Day 21

Ok, so I could only wait a day and I fimmed her instead of topping. I keeped hearing how it's less traumatic so I gave it a shot. I hope I cut enough, topping is more exact in location.

Now... on to the scrog frame. I have my screen done, and now I need to modify the front legs little bit. Frame is off by like 1/2", well the foot comes down on tent floor post. So I if I got like 1/2" I'm good. I'm going to add angles back in just gotta get measurements right.

The LBX is back to squatty ways lol. Need her to grow some so I can tie her down and spread her out.

I know that the TA is taller and I noticed thst you Fimmed her? Glad you did thst vs Topping. With a scrog you dont hsve to do either, Pulling the top towards the opposite corner and filling in the screen without topping or finming is gonna be least stressfull. But you might get more horizontsl branching with fimming ir topping and slow the vertical growth down to allow Livers to catch up vertically. I have 2 TA going know and can see how tall she will get. I am going to scrog mine as well, I dont see any other way to keep that strain from being too tall for my space. You are slightly ahead of my #1. I am bending her over already. My #2 TA is behind, took a few days longer to germ...but is doing well. Can tell she is gonna be tall as well. I am doing those 2 and if needed to fill the screen my Sour Crinkle is a few days behind #2. Those 3 will fill the screen in a 4x4. However I will be using a taller pot for the Sour Crinkle, because that strain is not as tall growing. These are F2 seeds, the F1 Soue Crinkles had a few Phenos. 1 pheno was taller than the rest and the strain finished pretty quickly in general in the past. Not sure how long TAs will go, but assume a couple weeks longer thsn Sour Crinkle. Should work out decently, as the TAs were started 1st and are in shorter pots. Need to transplant Sour Crinkle in the next few days. Maybe 2 more days in Rootmakers to build roots. Peacex slow

I can tell that mine will be tall already. They will both be scrogged. TA#1 is already bent over, because she is stretching early. @stan_mephisto, approx how long did they go? Did yours have a decent amount of internodal space? Running 2 in a 4x4 Scrogged. Hopefully they fill the screen good. If not, I have Sour Crinkle a week behind and can throw her in there to fill it up if needed. The Sour Crinkle will be in a taller pot than the TAs, because Sour Crinkle is not as tall and finishes decently fast. So that should help if I need to put it in the 4x4, height wise. Started soaking Menage Tyrone x Double Grape today and will.plant dirextly once ready in Earthbox Junior. Thats all 4 tester strains started now, thanks agsin Stan. Peace, slow

So instead of playing Doom Eternal or Doom 64 last night I finished my bottom legs for the scrog. I know... I know... the sacrifices I make are for the good of the many lol. No, seriously 8 had to get this done because the TA is growing fast. Much more than her tent mate is. Scrog is only 2'x2', 1st time using one so went small for a trial.

Now the screen can sit level. I could have left it as is and the plant wouldnt know the difference, but I would. I always say there is a right way, and a wrong way to do everything. Taking pride in doing a job well done is not missed by me. It's the little things I notice, if they were mindful of details. You know... like measuring right in the 1st place so idont have to go back and fix the front hahaha.

Here is the screen I took pic in tent prior to grow. I have it stored away so wont get destroyed.

You can see my tube heater I cant use for now. Came from UK, thought all I needed was adaptor but no. I need a converter only like $20-$50 but not sure about safety, so further research is needed. Stay lifted.

Day 25

I had to fim her again, wasnt sure I got enough but now we good. They both got good watering today 1 gal each. Neither had run off bottoms were still a little dry. I would have gave them more but I only had 2 gallons made so all they got. Now I know to do 3 gallons.

It's time to start some training! I have supercropped some, but now I got the LBX tied getting light to her underneath.

I supercropped whatever I could on the LBX and now I'll let her go for a day or 2. Then back at it,

I also started on the TA with more supercropping shaping her outward. In a few days I will see where she is at and get ready to put screen on.
