Mephisto Genetics Mephisto Hempy Buckets - Sour Stomper + BlueToof

a rockwool cube will work great for getting the roots started just remember not to get it too wet untill the roots have come popped out also a top feed dripper system would sort out hand watering fairly cheap to get the bits :pass:
Yeah I don't enjoy having to water multiple times a day if I ever do a coco grow. I've looked at the autopots system but that's pretty pricey, drippers do look cheap but right now I'm trying the cheapest method of bottom wicking with fabric pots.
Don't kill the SS! She'll do you right, you'll be glad you didn't when you take the first puff.
You may be right... She's already putting out some trichomes and they smell amazing! Maybe she'll just go outside

i think autopots are worth the investment maybe start with a two pot system and add on later iv seen some 2 pot one on the web as low as 50 pound il hopefully be getting a set this year sometime to try out

Day 49 BT hydroton:

Still stretching, I worry she may be a 100 day plant. I've removed the B52 from feed, upped the sensi bloom to 8ml/gal, and added carboload at 4ml/gal
She also got humic acids this week in one of the gallon jugs. I'm watering her at about 1.5-2 liters a day.

Day 35 SS:

No high expectations here but she's at least putting out trichomes already, they have a pretty nice smell to them it's hard to describe but it reminded me of a cookies strain I smoked recently.

Day 31 BT coco:

She continues to impress! I'm really liking this pheno the canopy is very even with just leaf tucking as the only thing done to her. Her side branch stems are pretty much as big as the other plant's main stems!

Yeah I trimmed up the hydroton BT I'll go at it again once she stops stretching. As for the coco BT I want to try a different approach and trim a few leaves every few days instead of all at once. Those plans are put on hold for now since I accidentally snapped a side branch trying to spread her out. Once the branch heals (hopefully.... It's really floppy and droopy at the moment) I'll get on with the training. I'm hoping since it's still in veg it'll heal up fine.

snapped one of mine of too when i dropped the fan on her just jammed it back together and held it with some write in place and like you says looks pretty bad now but mine mended her self 100% and turned out to be a decent branch

Day 55 BT hydroton:

Her vertical growth is slowing down now, she's shifting into full flower mode. The training has begun again: I've spread her out more and I'm going to be plucking leaves to expose bud sites. I'll be taking a few leaves off at a time every few days. Tomorrow I'm going to give her a flush with plain ph'd water. After that I'm going to resume feeding with big bud @ 4ml/gal added to the list of nutes.

Day 41 SS:

Looks like she'll mostly one big main cola. She's got some deficiency/toxicity problems but since it's super soil I'm just riding it out. I may start adding calmag to help her out but her leaves are so dark and clawing (my calmag is 1-0-0)

Day 37 BT coco:

So like I mentioned earlier I snapped a branch while training her. A word to the wise don't be lazy while training! It could have been avoided if I just rotated the pot lol... A few days later and she seems to be healed up. The branch lost quite a few leaves and is shorter than the other but I'm glad it made it! I'm plucking some of the bigger leaves off, same place as the other BT I have. Once the stretch begins I'll take a break from training her. She has started to show budsites so the stretch is gonna be soon!
