MMMmmm.... Pat's King of Steaks. A phenomena by any other name. A Philadelphia tradition too. I ate six of them once! It's been years since I have had that delightful combination of thin slices of steak, onions, fresh baked roll and cheese-wiz! There is something about that combo. The sum is definitely better than the whole of it's parts! MMMmmm... Nectar for the Gods indeed.
