The Bigger a company gets...the more likely there will be issues....it is just a Statistic thing....
...How a company deals with complaints is the making of them...or Not.
You never know how Good a company is...until you have had to deal with their Customer Service.
As far as Making your Complaints.
AFN gets Blamed for Censoring Complaints so members feel as if they can't Complain....Bull Shit...
The Only reason Staff Ever step into a vendor threads is if we receive a Reported thread from that post.
If there are no Reported Posts....we won't be here....

If we have to come because someone is being Offensive...then we will Remove Offensive posts...and some non offensive ones if they have Quoted offensive posts.
Simple Solution...?...
...don't make Offensive posts. Complain like an Adult.
(No bullying..trolling or flamming..)

Some reason people Think a Complaint is a Bad thing...
...but you know...it is an Early Warning system for Vendors.
It is Valuable.
It helps them spot Problem crosses or Problem Services and gives them a Chance to correct them.
No Vendor is above Complaints.
..just let's get Constructive about them.
Complain with Respect. You'll get Respect back.
