Hi everyone! Could I get a little intro from everyone to use as a starting point for your threadmarks? I’d like a little intro, kit info, and the strain you’ll be growing. I went ahead and started my diary in the Megabuds section, so I’ve included a link to the journal if anyone would like to follow along.

Here is my intro:

Environment/Filtration:
118” x 60” LAGarden grow tent in the basement
AC Infinity Cloudline T8 8” extraction fan
AC Infinity 8” Carbon Filter
DWC
Elemental O2 Air pump 950 gph
Koios Cool Mist Humidifier
Generic space heater and fans

Nutrients/Water:
General Hydroponics Flora series

I’ll be starting her in a 5 gallon bucket, but she’ll probably end up in a 7.5 gallon container. She’ll be sharing the tent with 2 other fine ladies, a Cannarado Sweet Bread and a Dinafem Blueberry Cookies.

Stoked for this grow! Just got these in my hot little hands — holy shit, that was some stealth, took me 5 minutes to find these babies. I plan to germinate on 8/18 — 10 more days!!!

I’ll be feeding them a weak mix of Megacrop 2.0, kelp extract, and enhance Mc running at 150 ppm until root’s hit the water. They are sitting far beneath a cheap 270 true watt blurple and a 3500k cob. We sit at 80 degrees/60% lights on, to a low of 74 during lights off, running these ladies at 18/6.

My strategy on this grow will be to finish on time. I’d really like to flip on day 30. I plan to switch the lights to 20/4 in the meantime.

I just received my Mega Buds birthday card in the mail! That was super FAST! I also picked Fast Master! Good sign?! I will be starting 3 on 8/18 as the Battle rules state you can start then. I look forward to seeing how these Do. I am looking for a super fast pheno. I will add my information on the grow set up ect later. Good luck Everyone!

Here is a brief overview, I most likely will have to move to a 4x8 in Flower... but will start in the following:

4x4 Apollo Grow Tent. 4 inch Fan/Filter for filtration and 1 Clip Fan and a floor fan for extra air movement.

Lighting: 4 3000K Cobs @55w each
And 1 6500k in the middle.

Nutrients:. Flora Flex V1 and V2
Cal-Mag Pro, and URB Microbes.

2 gal pots of Coco with a handful of Hydroton here and there for extra drainage. I may set up my drip stakes, but will hand water for now.

I look forward to seeing how these do. I am looking for that fast and furious pheno! Will Germ 8/18. Peace, slowandeasy

Hey Everyone! @davisgirl, I Decided to Germ 2 Fast Masters today. So I guess as the saying goes... "Mossy loves Dragons"! Good luck everyone. According to Mega Buds, Fast Master is 6-7 Weeks flowering. I chose this strain, so I can potentially pump out a photo in the same time as an Auto! I plan on vegging for 3-4 weeks and then cloning/flipping shortly after I take the clones. I am certain other strains like Giant Skittlez and Big Bruce will be largest due to genes. However, bigger isn't always better. My goal is to find that Fast pheno that pumps out quick finishing flowers. Obviously the longer you veg a Photo plant, the larger it potentially will get. My hopes are that I can clone this strain and in the future only veg the clones for a week or so and then Flip.

The ONLY true 8 week strain I have ever done is Sour Crack. It would be sweet to have a photo plant that truely finished in 8 weeks TOTAL VEG/FLOWERING time. I get roots in 5-7 100% of the time. So it is totally possible to have a very fast turn over rate if the pheno is a Fast as they claim. I can't imagine a photo plant done in 6 weeks of flowering, But if you think about it, that is totally possible with the right pheno.

Anyways, here is my germ photo! 2 Fast Masters, Peace, slow.

Week 1 Update coming...

week 1 update coming tonight. I am using new nutes, they don't look perfect because I am experimenting for the first time with these Nutes and Photo plants. They will be fine, just not a perfect start like I am used to. That is the Good thing about photos. I started them earlier for this very reason. Need to experiment a little when you run new nutes, and these are the first photos I have ran Flora Flex on. And I have only used it on a few Autos, so I expect a little trial and error with these 2. The one girl is significantly larger than the other. I see rapid growing and better color the past few days. They temps got a little warmer last weekend and they dried out a little one day. I also believe that I was using URB Microbes a little too much. I am actually going to stop using it for a few weeks to work on my Flora Flex nute formulas. I have 12 seeds started to strictly experiment with. They will be planted tonight. In want to put together a veg formula that works best using Flora Flex and Autos. Once my Fast Master plants get large enough to clone, I can really experiment with photo plants and finding the best formula for them. I will add pics later tonight of my 2 Fast Master plants. Week 3 update

Fast Master [HASHTAG]#1[/HASHTAG], this thing has big fan leaves and is growing fast! The Fast Master [HASHTAG]#2[/HASHTAG] is back and to the right. It is a different pheno. I will be keeping Pheno [HASHTAG]#1[/HASHTAG]. This is a photo plant and I can take clones shortly at the rate it is growing. They said 6-7 Weeks for Flower. I will take clones from the bottom in a few days. I will probably top it in a week and also clone that. Mega Buds Fast Master definitely has potential to get large. That is what they claimed, and they are right. You guys with the XL strains better look out! Peace slow

I will be away for work from the 22nd- 27th this month I will try to post an official update Saturday evening or Sunday morning before I leave for my flight. Incase it doesn't happen here she is from the top. She seemed to have a weak side so I pulled her down to that side thought about topping but that's all it was a thought

Nice! Thanks slowandeasy! I have a feeling the fast and furious growers will be finishing a bit earlier than the rest of us. Can’t wait to see what you do with them.

I am a grower from way back been growing photos outdoor and basement gorilla grows for close to 20 years and 4 years auto experience. I am now a liscenced medical grower in the state of Michigan.

My kit is as follows.

Lighting:
SF4000 quantum board from spiderfarmerled

Grow space:
Growner 5x5

Soil:
Custom mix

Containers:
I will start in solo cups working up from there and transplant into final container will be a 10 gal fabric or a honor cannabis grow bed depending on circumstances

Co2 source:
Multiple exhale co2 bags

Air exchange:
I power 6 inch exhaust and carbon filter with a 4 inch 120 cfm active intake.

Nutrients:
I will be running house and gardens full line for this grow.

Air circulation:
An 8 inch fan moving air above the light, a cool breeze tower fan and 2 6 inch fans moving air throughout the tent.

Looking forward to battling with y'all see you in upcoming weeks

7 days in and 2 out of 3 successful seed germinations. Looks like they may have a mutation or they took a beating come up idk we'll see what they look like when they start stacking nodes.

big bruce picking up speed now I top dressed with a nitrogen heavy guano and gave her first Fort Collins speed ball (Recharge and MammothP) and she loved it. Time to move them big fans outta the way and let the light through
