Should the bulk of the weight be powder, with just a few chunks?

Mine has a significant amount of white chunks. I made some Concentrate and that is worse than mixing with a few gal of water IMO. I don't trust what I made in Concentrate, seems like the Calcium is not mixed well at all.

Ok just fed my first dose of new formula to my 9 little girls. I’m in the camp that mixes 1 gallon at a time. Here’s what worked for me as far as mixing. I’m starting out with 2 grams per gallon.

*Add 2 grams to empty gallon jug
*Poor 1/4 gallon water into jug with the 2 grams
*Shake violently for 5 seconds
*View contents to ensure its mixed~shake more if not
*Add remaining water to the 1/4 gal mix to equal 1 gal mix

My observation for my first mix? Mix contents in low humidity area. As soon as the stuff hit my scale it caked on the sides of the little plate. Had to scrap off excess in each batch. Not really an issue at all I just plan on mixing before I get to the room.

No extra silica I do run the sweet candy I’ll asses the calmag as it comes up don’t feel the need at seedling stage for extra. I haven’t decided yet what I’ll do during flower. I may just add some BE instead of increase MC. It just seems like a lot of N to add during flower.

Is this a product you mix into your soil? Or top feed with? Sry I’ve never actually encountered this product before. Just trying to learn everyone seems extremely excited tho!

If it's shipping in the US it's in a priority mail box (if it fits it ships) so depending on the size is what it costs $7 - 25 I believe postal rates.
This is a dry all in one nutrient that you mix with water. Since I'm using autopots I'm top feeding prior to filling the reservoir at day 20. Others are using it as top feed for soil grows to full out hydro grows.
