Just tie the main stem down once. Pick a spot that makes sense and bend it down. A Pipe cleaner will work fine. In a day or few you wanna adjust the pipe cleaner higher up the branch is fine. Keep the head down and the rest will even out .

Try to have the pipe cleaner on an all branch part. So for ophelia I'd say a little lower . Over the course of a few days you can adjust and bend it lower even. Just be gentle and thoughtful. Sometimes the main shoot is just super vigorous and you need to then use a 2nd pipe cleaner and tease her down again. Once the side branches shoot up I decide if I want to tie more down or not .
I sometimes will gently bend the main stalk from low to high just to loosen her up a bit. Then select a spot. I try to avoid pinching nodes with the pipe cleaner. The main stem will grow into kind of an S shape and your side branches will grow fat without the need for additional support. My auto ultimate I did recently I had tied down one time.
The picture you just posted looks good. . Now give it a few days.. you can leave it the way it is and get a nice little bush with fat colas. You can obviously use your own discretion to do what feels right. Maybe tie one down one time and the other two rounds or three at most. You'll outrun your 2x4 faster then you think.
