Ive been using recharge and like it so far. But i just put it dry on top of the soil and water it in. I also put it in the soil when filling the pots.

I'm not sure if it will do anything mixed into the soil. I mean, the bacteria become active when they contact water, so maybe.. I shot them a handful of questions and have been awaiting reply.
