4th Silver Skunk is up and had to manipulate the shell on it too. Might have pulled a bit of leaf off her, but its the mutants that end up being fire. Gave them all their first feed tonight. Pics next weekend. :headbang:

Finally my update! Let me first say that I should have done what I always do and sow them directly in. Seems when I soaked them I experienced dampening... So 3 of them felt the effects of it. One of the WCSD is a bit mutated and that's on me. Also one of the Rockstar got a bit stunted but it's growing nicely now. That's the beauty of Photos is you can veg them back to where they need to be! Other than that I think they look great for their age! Also the Master Kush look the best, to me, as I sowed them right in, no soaking. Next MGM run I'm sowing straight in, no soaking! Also check out the one Rockstar... Her leaves look like mittens! The yellowing is from the T5s on the right.. The plants themselves are green as they should be!

I know it's not my best start ever but I'll get them back on track!! Kinda embarrassed to be honest LOL because this isn't my usual scenario but hey, I'll veg them out of it! that's what I get for doing something new in a grow off!! :face: <<<----that ain't "Rebel's Face Palm" for nothing!!

Looking great reb! My girls are on the same pace. I really like those mittens on RSK!

Been keeping the girls on molasses, or plain watering. Used a drop of ful-mag today. I plan to make a simple tea after this cold weather moves away in the next couple of days. They are finally starting to hit good growth. So far easy growing.

Conkushions, funny they sprouted like that and have stayed at the same pace since. The one on the left is a small thing, I expect great things from the quiet ones lol!

I just started 1 seed each of Pain Killer, and Ladybug's Bubba. Not sure why I didnt do it the first time, but might as well get some more genetics in the pool! Hope everyone is doing well, and happy friHIGHday!

Week 2 and all is good in the hood! Temps are solid at 78*F but humidity is in the 30% range and I put some water in the bottom fo the saucers and threw a damp towel on the floor of the tent. I am going to fire up the other led panel on Sunday, so they should take off well. I too have a couple mutants of Ladybug Bubba, but will turn em into trees before you know it. On to some pics...

Whats going in everyone. Droping in to see how these med mans are doing.

First, @Rebel excellent selection of growers to test this brand. I can see all my favorite growers in one place now :)

My two cents on the mutants. I have recently done some reading because it seems i have atleast some weirdness at seedling but then grow out of it. My terrestrial cheese both grew to about 2 1/2 inches completly yellow and shrivled up. Everything i did since they were sowed was good so it didnt make sence to me.

So anyway, back to the reading i was doing. Several articals explained why pre soaking seeds causes issues. The natural way of placing the seeds directly into moist soil is the most effective plan.

If you think about it, growers claim the seed spends less days in the soil before it pops up by soaking it, but the extra day or two spent in the dirt would be spent in cups of water and moist paper towels anyway, so it all equals out in time.

So basically instead of moving the seed from a cup of water to a paper towel then its tap root riped from the towel potentialy into the soil, all before its a week old, i want to try out the directly into soil method next few grows and see for myself. Figure i pass on some potential advice.

But hey, i may be completly wrong, i want to see if this method will help the mutant appearence some seedlings get.

Ok guys, im rambling stoned again .. gotta go before i write another dam paragraph

@Truu, @briman, and @sniper your kids all look great! @briman, I don't think those two Ladybugs are mutants... Don't look like it... Unless they are older than they look... how old were they in that pic? All looking GREAT brothers! :d5:

Btw, i might have skiped right threw it, but is anyone growing the wcsd x ssh?

Hey growbeast... That wasn't one of the options we were given to grow. However, myself and Dub (and I forget if anyone else is so forgive me!) are growing the WCSD. Which leads me to tell you guys I had to pull WCSD #1 because she simply wasn't growing. This is simply because I soaked the beans and then experienced dampening so I'm lucky this was the only one that got affected this way. The Rockstar Kush are 23 Days Old, the WCSD are 22 Days Old, and the Master Kush are 16 Days Old. The Master Kush indeed look the best for their age and I note they are the only ones that DID NOT get soaked but sown directly in the dirt. I'm praying they aren't two males! WCSD #2 REEKS already!! Sweet Skunky Goodness!! God I hope it's not a male... LOL if it is I'll be hitting up one of the ladies for sure!! Here's the eye candy!
