once again

i appreciate everyone effort, and all the people that gave honest feed-back

no money was paid to me, and no gurantees we made to the testers.

if it wasnt meant to be, thats totally okay with me

on march 11 , my team and i got a coveted mmpor license at the world largest production site. (7 acre greenhouse)

canada in general will be the first developed country to fully legalize as well, and i have brick and mortar in the works.

if mail goes missing, i dont take responsability

if the weather doesnt show up for a pretty picknic thats life

if you guys dont want to sell my beans you have all the amo necessary to validate why

theres nothing much more to say.

i recommend on all my sales to select the best mothers to make cuts from. if that isnt on anyone agenda, its not my business.

oddly enough a ton of growers decided to keep some of my stock and make seeds for future use, so what does that tell you?

most of my business is all return business. and i sell 4x more seeds every year i did the last, with little to no advertising

so once again. rebel, you are the best, and thank you all for the bring my genes into your sacred spaces.

i appreciate the opportunity

but if you excuse me i have some licensing agreements to tend to, consulting deals to close and some franchises across canada to plan :)

kind regards

med-man

I saw this post i posted a few years back.. i went through quitea few strains trying to find something that had the kind of smell i was looking for. Well i did finally find a great strain that stinks with the kind of pungeant smell i was looking for. I popped a bagseed i found in a bag of rockstar kush a couple years back and am still growing it today. Im so glad i found a strain that i can stick with without having to switch from strain to strain all the time. It is nice to grow the same strain always as you get to know the strain really good and know what to expect. This rockstar kush comes from medi man and is really a great strain. I have been smoking nothing but rockstar for a couple years, except i did run out recenlt because i moved and didn't have z room set up until recently, but i can honestly say that i have no problem at all with smoking this same strain every single day and not having a variety. I would rather smokenthe same shit for the rest of my life if i found my old afghi strain again then jump from one weak ass smelless strain to another like i was doing before i got my hands on this rockstar.

to stop in and say thanks.. just haven't had the time. Sorry I don't have pics..I had 2 females that I kept (only 6 of the seeds made it, probably my fault.) One I gave to somebody who ran it outdoor and loved it..grew with a rare vigor, thaistick style colas that were so leafy and abundant they didn't turn out well indoors with limited space. The original plant from seed busted one of my RDWC buckets (root mass), the stalk/stump nearly filled solid a 3.75" net pot by the end. The other I cropped probably a dozen times. Tiny purple extremely frosty nuggets, showed tons of frost at 4 weeks. Looked done at 6. Cured quick due to being so much frost vs. plant material. It didn't end up making the cut (got some good clones..and mites lol) due to yield and mild terpines but the trichome/kief ratio still beats anything that I have including GG#4 and GGG's Frost Boss. So even though I got tiny nugs sometimes I miss that stuff..always wanted to break it up on a piece of glass to admire the dusting.

She's a pretty good Diesel rep imo, mine on the funky, fuely, piney side..... I can see why it's called Kerosene Kush, very kushy and sour undertones especially when breaking it down and tokin!! Hope all is good in your world bro, stay safe brotha!

I've ran all of meddies genes now, and this one is easily my favorite to run, i have 3 keepers of it, everyone loves the blueberry cheesecake, its a medium yielder with golfball buds, would assume this is the closest to clone...potency is pretty solid...another that i have is very limey and sweet smelling like candy, at 36 days she begins her bulk and ends at 43ish, EXCELLENT COMMERCIAL PRODUCER for the time involved, VERY FAST VEG too...and the Jewel of the 3 i like to callCorpse Cheese...she spits nanners at 52 days like clockwork and the yield is meh, but after a few month cure you can't open the jar without gagging newbies...smells like a freshly opened 2 year casket with an unembalmed body while the corpse is eating waaaaaaaaaaay to much blue cheese on its salad...it PUNCHES through ANYTHING..truly the only males i wish i would have kept were Silver Skunk

Also the nutes i got from you Rock! My girls have never looked so good. Thanks .med-man.

Med man the subject in question is not weather your strains are of high quality medical grade bud, this has already been proven, and as you've shown there are plenty of people who love your work. I myself am a big fan, with the exception of course. I can't say that I would choose a strain that is hermie prone, over something I know won't have a chance to ruin my crop.

However, our only concern here is the hermi part. Nobody is claiming your strains are bad, we just want beans that won't hermi. As you know this problem could potentially ruin a crop. And for small indoor growers like us, this is a huge loss, which in turn brings big concerns, especially for medical patients! After all, that's who the MGM line is catered to anyways?

We all understand hermies ocasionally happen, genetics can never be 100% pure. The problem here is the consistency of hermies with multiple strains, NOT the quality of the final product.

how many seeds in all these grows were there?

5-10-20?

is this considered a massive loss? ruin a crop? if its for personal, and nor for resale. even 1 seed per bud is negligible.

so on that point, we will have to agree to disagree.

i have been growing from seed 25 years. bubble-haze, my legendary sativa was 1 seed found in 1 bud of a qp. personal smoke. thank god there was a nanner (especially in my case)

when i was 17, i accidentally got 5 seeds from a 1995 juicy fruit x 1995 white widow. never agin will i ever encounter such a unique specimen. i had to killer her when i moved back to bc.

things can be blessings or curses. only the eye of the beholder can determine the latter or former. not me

if people cant fundamentally change their notions, they will forever crawl within the boundaries of their own ignorance - the buddha

and with all do respect, i hear what everyone is saying, but the most honest admitted to neglecting their grows

if i play devils advocate, i use the med-man method™ in all my growrs. breeding, seed and mono crops. this requires removing all but 4 branches and all but 4 nodes plus crown per branch 2 weeks in. no place for mold, bugs, sacs or nanners to infultrate. so possibly i have over looked (due to s.o.p.) any unforseen issues some strains may have had.

master kush no matter what may have a nanner or 2 on the tops, no pollen (og clone has this feature)
silver skunk is very prone to nanners and sacs if over fed (esp N) and taken past 50 days
ptsd (read master kush)
west coast sour diesel - never had a problem
pain killer - ibid
ppk - ibid
lbb - seen 1 nanner in a 90 plant from seed grow
conkushion - never nannered ever, and she is in bx2 now like all my other mgm fgenetic line

i run seeds at 25% lighter nutes then my cuts, these are also my findings

maybe re-check your notes and see how accurate mine are

@Rebel @Truu

kind regards

Thank You to everyone who took part in the Med-Man tests including Med-Man for supplying the genetics. :bravo:

This is Why we have an AFN Testing Team set up.
The Team are made up of Staff and Members who have some of the best grow standards on AFN for Autos and Photos.

They have Test Grown for multiple vendors and all we Ask is that they provide HONEST feedback for AFN members and the Vendors.

I'm Happy that they have provided good grow and show diaries and Honest feedback for Med-Man.

Unfortunately..this time the Test didn't produce the desired results.
That is Why we have Testing.

All Credit to Med-Man for producing great tasting bud...but we cannot Endorse hermie genetics.

If at any time in the future the problem is Resolved we would be glad to retest and endorse them. :toke:

Thank You for the opportunity Med-Man..:bravo:..I'd like to send you our Best Wishes for your new Green Business in Canna-da.

Good Luck.

@med-man brand you did send me a email saying you would replace those seeds I bought if it wasn't over3 years ago I would still have it but anyways it doesn't matter what does matter is the fact that you try to put the blame on the growers when it's clearly in the genetics. I don't use nutes as I have my own soil mix that doesn't require using nutes. I have had other breeders strains that have hermied on me to so I'm not just knocking your strains but the one thing that is different is when I told the other breeders they didn't try to blame it on me or the way I grow they just stopped breeding that strain.
I have been growing for over 20 years now so I'm not new at this a stable strain will not hermie unless you let it go way to long or if growing indoors light leaks in . I have a couple strains that I have had passed down to me from my Uncle that he has had since early '70s and I have tried to stress them to hermie and they don't.
If I were in your shoes and wanted to keep selling these strains then you should post on there that they are prone to hermie so people will know cause like @Truu said it will ruin someone's grow if they don't know. And I will say that the bud I did smoke that I grew of yours was some good smoke but it just sucks having a bunch of seeds in your bud when a plant throws nanners. Wish you nothing but the best in your future endeavors.
