Looking good bud, I'll be there soon. I heard the brown bag I'd good to dry with because it starts the cure better. I believe you can cure in them as well, not sure I got Mason jars to use. Something with how the bags breath??? Not sure yet, if brown bags dont make difference i wont use again. I think my bud with be less dry than normal this time which is a plus! I sometimes mostly in summer get a fast dry, I use to dry in a dry box in tent if other plants went done. I'm just turning lights off but put a flashlight in after it went into bags. Not growing but keeping her in some light. I turn off over night to keep a little bit of the light schedule she is use to. When dry I will put light back on until she is ready. I have no choice to trim before 2nd week of Jan. So gonna try to keep growing her. No amber trichs on her before I harvested so I have a window still, not sure how big of a window tho.

I find the sweet spot for going in to the cure is like 66% or so. that little bit of extra moisture means as I burp etc there is still enough moisture at the end of the cure it won't get below 62%. Once the cure is done and its at 62% or so, then get an air tight seal and Boveda pack and should be good to store for months. ALso find the smell is more dank with a bit more moisture.

not sure exactly how that works since I don' t need to worry about it. I know in Canada now that its been decriminalized there is a 4 plant limit but not sure if that is per household or per person. And not sure about dry product possession limits on top of the 4 plants.
I'm curious how they would deal with a guy like me once all my stash is in rosin. how many ounces of rosin am I allowed to have? 24 ounces! Ya, that would be wicked pissa :smoking:

I know in the US places say like up to 2oz's of flower or 4oz's of concentrates something like that. I'm not legal yet so not sure myself. I try not to press more than I need for the week. Keep a a little fresher than pounding out a bunch that will just sit.

Bluedreamatic sample I took is more fragrant, I can smell the bud and get a whiff. I dont smell anything when smelling FC bud, but fingers smell insane. I dont want to react on anything till its dry. Smell may come out when dryer, I dont know. I'm sure there is more than my nose is getting tho. I bet I'm getting use to bud smell so not getting it like others will. Most of it goes into edibles so smell isnt a factor, unless I give my buddy some and then I want it to be stanky.

Also in the same boat. I don't need to cure my weed because I don't smoke or vape. Rosin dabs and edibles for me. But I can't help myself! Its like a ritual that's part of the process.

Day 8 of drying and I cut from stems, placed in plastic containers with boveda packs then put containers into trash bag and closed. Some was little dry, other stuff was still soft. Hopefully will rehydrate some, no smell except when you smell hands, the other plant has a good skunk to her when you smell buds so not sure why. This is a common issue I have some have like no smell except when smelling hands, which is most of them lol. Others have good smell, I dont get it. Not sure if it's me or autoflowers, maybe just the plant. I assume it's me but not a big deal cause I make a lot of gummies. Just curious why... well here is some rosin I made from her. Very pretty stuff, blond color some was almost clear. I'm getting what I think is like a little lime on exhale. Nice toke good high, but she can make you sleepy if you over do it. Last few evenings I was getting heavy eyed from her lol.

Today it's more consistent color, kinda looks like a chunk of butter. Very easy to collect which is a plus, no rosin left behind! I will press out some more next week once its cured a bit. I will do like 5g's and see what her yield is. I should have a weight by then too.

Shit son, that wasnt even a quality run lol. That was 220°f about 1:30 mins. Was looking for quantity so I could let some cure. I will do some at 180 and 190 to see how it turns out, but it isnt super terpy and that's when low temps shine. Shit is good tho about to take a dab now. Cheers!
