Nothing major to report.
EC is still high at 1.7,ph climbed to 5.7 and was dropped to 5.5 again,i see no signs of burn so i will keep it there one more day
Mg def looks to be worstening slightly on affected leaves but not new growth

Day 26 and no sign of sex on the eldest dragon?
males showed bits by week 2,possibly light sensitive?
was running 24/0 but have taken it to 18/6 to see there is a difference

Seeing ever increasing browning of my roots in places.
i understand gh micro colours the roots a darker brown,but i am now getting darker brown areas in the root mass.
i upped the h202 dose as a temporary fix,and added 5l more water to bring the water level to just below the pots(so the h202 gets everywhere)
after adjustment we are at 1.51ec @ 5.8 in 25l.
hoping to see white roots today,but im planning a full res change and scrub tonight anyway,not happy with air delivery either,need to relook at the airstones.
Starting to see brown calcium def spots on upper leaves aswell,although there is no slowing in growth noted
res temps are a bit high,but i am concerned that adding frozen 2l bottles may drop it too low again?
dwc guys?any advice?

Thanks Kush,appreciate it anyhow regardless,has done it to me once or twice as well.
got myself two nice airstones(finally found a DECENT aquatics shop)

only problem tho.....i have to get me some fish,those israeli's were sooo damn cute

Nice airstone . I hope for you id does not contain Tourmaline otherwise you will be surprised with crazy ph rising issue check my post : here.
Frozen bottles is ok if it would not touch the roots. You can try to use them externally (place reservoir in another one filled with water) or check my sig for a diy (self promoting LOL)

havent bought the BIG airstone,it was 10 times the price of the ones i got and would be severe overkill for the 30 or 45l res's i use.
will check labels for Tourmaline.
have an idea brewing with a 12v camping fridge,waterpump and rdwc using a cooler as res.
But thats only after i move in May,looking for a place on a small holding or farm...i need SPACE to grow

had a look at your thread,awesome idea,actaully had read it before but it slipped thru somehow.
Itching to build and expand with hydro and growroom in general,my next project will be a slightly larger scale project.
i smoke 30g a week,i cant grow 150g a year,i need that a month,so perpetual hydro auto it is...however
sit in tricky situation where i move relatively soon so cant start any major projects,same town most probably,but i follow my career path,and sadly coastal isnt where the money is in SA,inland is!
