Do you have any idea?
I agree that it is not exactly a sturdy tent but it's very acceptable for the price IMO
A nice addition or optional extra would be 3 X-bars for Left/Right/Back of the tent, they could even be designed to fit more than one tent size and help with the sides of the tent not getting sucked in when running the extraction fan at higher settings.

I think if you owned a vivosun tent a knock off tent a spider farmer tent and a Mars hydro tent. The worm "firmness" fits well. I'm not following how firm doesn't fit. My tent feels firm to the touch lol?

If "firmness" fits my Mars tent, then my Big Gorilla tent could be described as a "Viagra hog"!:cools::funny:
Firmness and durability are selling points. They direct you to think of those attributes as being superior to other or desirable attributes.
Taut would be more descriptive, but it still sure doesn't strike me as a selling point word, the same as the word firmness.
Forget about a grow tent and ask yourself if you would describe a camping tent as firm for a selling point or desirable attribute?

It's just an opinion, but I was pretty good at marketing various items and services, mainly in the automotive and high performance automotive market. Marketing is marketing. You just have to try to create desire for your product. A big part is understanding what attributes people look for in your type of product, how to set above other companies and differentiate it from the other products of other companies.

Well yours may be Viagra hog lol! but rubbing my tent it feels firm.. What would you consider something firm? When I think pillows I think firm. When I touch 4 tents I think marshydro would classify as firm. If it's a marketing point well then they are spot on lol and glad they didn't lie or use "Viagara hog" lol shits funny tho lol!!!

In addition to my own suggestion I would make an optional Scrog Screen setup, handy piece that would add a little more stability/firmness as well
