I've had my Mars II 1600W unit running 24/7 for almost a year solid and only now have had my first issue with some burnt out diodes. I sent one e-mail to Mars explaining the problem; they apologized and explained to me why (a known issue,) they asked if I was technical enough to solder (and I am) and offered to send me the replacements to try fixing myself, since I'm currently using the light still (it works just fine in both veg/bloom, just a few burnt/blown diodes.) No other questions asked, they send the replacement parts and they just arrived YESTERDAY
If I can't get it to work, they offered to send me a postage label to send it in for repair. So far I'm more than satisfied with how it's being handled
