Sorry 1guy1plant that you been so sad. I am also, actually a little sad, though I tried very hard to help, still there will be someone not satisfied. The situation here we cannot change, we can only make things within our ability. Maybe in future, we will do better, but need to make that happen step by step. :pass:
Luckily we still have you guys here, that cheers me up, and still not lose the faith and be strong.
Hope we can just all calm down and solve the problem in a good way. :toke: We are a family, and a family will not get cold to other menbers too long.

I have some Ripley's finishing up under my Mars II 1600W; first time with DWC. I have a photo tent that I just switched over (under some HPS lights; ) the photos were far more resilient to my "green horn" approach on the DWC, the autos took a little more of a brow beating though.

BUT, in the end, it looks like I'll still get a nice little bit to tide me over!

Here's a pic of one of the Ripley buds (vegged and flowered under the 1600W Mars II; ) few more weeks to go! New seeds getting germinated soon; will try to get a good documentation on this next one :d5: Really really digging the DWC thing!

No company can guarantee that Tang, not even Grow Northern. Label or no label.

Here's some food for thought: packages become lost in transit and damaged in shipment quite a bit when it comes to postal/carrier services; wouldn't matter how discrete your cardboard box is if a chunk of the box gets shredded; or falls from a vertical distance and breaks (or busts open,) gets wet and has to be retaped, gets left at someone else address, etc etc. Should we be making cases against companies for not packing their products in strong enough cardboard boxes based on the small percentage of filed claims for damaged/lost product? Maybe I should write a letter to 3M and tell them their packing tape they make is garbage and wasn't strong enough to hold my LED grow light in place during shipment, so now my mail man knows I grow. :crying: Point is; "what if" scenarios may help prevent problems in the future; but it's not guaranteed and without logic and rationale, it's just wild speculation.

I received my Mars II 1600W light in the mail and it was completely unmarked, by the way.

Tina has given her response; it's up to you as consumers as to whether you think it's fair or want to purchase their lights. :hookah:

I think this is what is called a Straw Man argument. Yes, any package stickered or not could get damaged during shipment and be inspected. I think what @TaNg, @Corgy and others are concerned about is a previous statement that boxes will not come out shipped with identifying markings--whether LED or GROW TENT--it sounds like this was previously promised but not delivered as such.

These are things that the consumer/purchaser has the right to know from the seller. Some people could end up in jail or targeted by rippers or otherwise based on whoever the #&** might find out in the process. If a promise was made then broken I think people want to know that Mars is not going to do anything anytime soon to fix this according to what I've read.

Like you said, ..."Tina has given her response; it's up to you as consumers as to whether you think it's fair or want to purchase their lights. :hookah:[/QUOTE]

I think that's a fair statement.

By the way, I'm not blaming Tina either, I know she's just one of many employees and doesn't have any real say or influence in making a change or making something happen at their stocking warehouses to repackage or sticker over their stock.

I'm guessing their ownership really doesn't give a crap about any of you who were promised anonymous packaging and then didn't receive it. Those are the people I feel badly for.

Hi MediScrogs and other menbers here, the logo on grow tent box are now removed, the worker even don't take the Weekend off. :d5: Please trust us, we took the thing seriously, as long as we can do it, we will do it for you. But on the other hand, if the circumistance not change, we cannot remove the "LED LIGHT" on our box. Sorry for this, hope you can also understand us. Thank you. :toke:
Happy growing. :growing:

Okay, so this is forced overtime for a worker somewhere to remove the logo from the grow tent boxes.

That sucks.

Were those stickers or a print order modified on the cardboard box itself?

I'm guessing the current stock in your local warehouse is exactly as it arrived...
