Hi Rayce
I don't think your tents are going to be hot sellers if people know of this issue... I've read it all over the internet... What gives... big mistake!
Your are right, it is a big problem. :( That is why all other warehouse don't have the logo box, now only US has them. :( Need think about a solution. :pass:
Ha ha ha... more like a container ship's worth...
Hmm,,, :hookah:
Tell his friend that man has a lot of big tents... very bad...

I did just google it and there's posts in 420 forum back in febuary same concerns, same type of photos like mine and same possible solutions. And there is a sales rep on that site that reads these posts. 6 months later same bla bla bla.

That's why I was saying they must have warehouses full of them... those have to go... they won't pay for someone to put a black sticker on the side... but it most likely does not matter anymore because the cat is out of the bag... or weed.... They'll just laugh and say another grow tent with the sides blacked out...

Tina, the decent and professional thing to do is to stop all sales until you have sorted out this situation, which is not just a "problem", but a very real threat to the freedom and safety of your customers. Instead you have chosen to continue sales in marked boxes to keep the cash flow running, with complete disregard of your customers.

I also think Marshydro could be sued over this, particularly since you promised that all shipments would be in unmarked boxes.

This is very disappointing reading, and it beggars belief all you can say is "sorry" and "it's very difficult for us"....... Simply stop sales, what's so difficult about that?

If a car company knowingly sell a defective product, or a milk powder company, endangering the safety of the buyers, what would you call it?

I hope you do and that this does not negatively impact your efforts... please let someone who CAN make a decision know about it... ;)
Thanks Rhyce, I already forward this to my boss, and we were just negotiating with US side. ;) Haha, guess, what, boss is boss, and now the problem has been solved. :bighug: We will cover the logo very soon, and when you order from us, there will be no logo seen on the package. :vibe:

Hi Corgy, thanks for your concern as well. :smoking: I know you guys all support us and want us to grow stronger and better, otherwise, you won't give us so many kind advices to help us. :toke: That is why we appreciated all your advices here,
Now we have negotiated with the US side, and someone agreed to help us cover the logo on the tents package.:rofl::rofl: There will be no logo seen on the box any more. :dancer: It might take a few days done. lol
If you guys in the future, have any good advices, just let me know, I will help you forward the advices to my boss. if we can do it, we will do it for you for sure. :headbang::headbang::headbang:
Happy growing. :growing:

It appears some companies are more interested in the money coming in than there customers safety. Discussing way to behave and I'm so glad I don't or will never use Mars gear and after reading this I will be advising others not to buy Mars products too.
