Tina I'm a Bit confused here.. Not trying to Pick just want to clarify for myself and others.
If it was the quality of the Lens you guys purchased why are we not going be cover since it was what you guys had put on the Light? I understand it was changed without the company's knowledge but that means we were buying something different then what was stated in product description....
If you purchased in March then you won't be compensated so it is the Buyers Loss?
Even though it's the Manufacturers Fault?
The 3 ways to fix your light stated above are those options only for lights purchased after March?
What is being done for the lights that burnt out if purchased before the Month of March? The way I read it is no compensation??
Also if you Ordered lights After March you shouldn't experience the Lens Problem correct? For example if I bought a light say in April I shouldn't experience these problems correct? But say I bought a light in February I may have Lens problems?
In what month did the Lens get changed ? When did this problem with the lens start What month-March?
Also Justin's Light did not Yellow it Burnt the lens from the Diodes burning. Not yellow from high temp constant running.

Is if you purchased a light before March there is no compensations for the light. So what are they suppose to do? If the problem or any other problems happened after March then you have the choice of 1 of the 3 options stated above. Correct?

Someone from our competitors spread the bad words everywhere that we cannot solve the problem and our warranty is bad, that is why we redeclair our warranty policy here, it is not only for those who diuring this period and get the problem lights, but also everyone purchased our lights, the policy is the same. Only the third one, the discount is only for those who got the exact lense problem.
Also, though the lense itself is lower qualified, not every light has this problem, the defective rate increased, but not increased 100%. So please all rest assured, and any questions you meet, please contact us.
