Indoor Mars 2 LED grow

G’day all. Just thought I’d start a grow journal as I lurk here quite abit. I currently have a few strains on the go. 3 fast buds g14 which are quite away along.

2 in veg. 1 dinafem og kush( larger plant)
and a sweet seeds red poison

And 4 seedlings- 1 sweet seeds red poison, 1 sweet seeds black cream, a blue Kush and a 60 day wonder.

G14s. The one on the left stretched a lot more than the others for no real reason.

The bigger one is the OG Kush and the smaller is the red poison. Both germed at the same time. The og is a lot lighter in colour and showed preflowers about a week ago and has really stretched a lot in that time. The red poison has shown preflowers today and I’m expecting abit I’d stretch from that from now on. It has a super close node structure and really short but bushy. Will be interesting to see what happens with that one.

And when I said seedlings before I should have said early veg. 2.5 wks old. The single shot of a plant is one that I’ve topped. I’ve never topped an auto before so we’ll see how it turns out. Everyone seems to have a different opinion on the subject.

Hello, nice looking plants you got going there, and a great selection. Yeah their seems to be two opinions on topping autos, I am a new grower, and have read about both sides of the argument, and have recently topped my 3 x NL autos. I read topping autos will add around a week to the cycle.

On that note, I decided to go ahead and top, and initially yeah it seemed topping my autos added another week to the cycle, as they appeared to slow down a bit, in terms of growth right after topping, but now they are growing fine, in around week 4. I topped them at day 13. They are now on day 31 and going strong..
