Do the lanky seedlings end up being really big? I'm curious.. My seedling did the same, I just propped up with a toothpick.

Sometimes, sometimes not. May just be low light levels when they're young, humidity makes them stretch too I think.
Will have to watch this strain all the way through.

Dinamed is not the auto unfortunately, it came out just after I received my order.. :wall: I have lots of photoperiod because I really liked the sound of the strain and the balance with CBD, but would always prefer auto if available.

Ok. Saw that in your other thread. Photos are fun, if you can control the light cycle thing.

I love seed shopping! I have to refrain.. I have more seeds than the means/space to grow haha.. :coffee:

Haha, don't we all know it!

Seedlings that stretch too much need more light. Move the lights closer. They will stand up on their own with enough light. I have never noticed a correlation with seedling stretch to any later character expressions. They just needed more light.

Pretty much. Though, in my case here, for the first week or so they didn't have much air flow --> weak stem.
Now corrected.

Larger pots are autos, smaller are photos, DWC lettuce and stuff in the middle.

One by one:

The light white powder is from a foliar spray with a bit of diatomaceous earth, to keep some bugs off the plants and soil surface.

Strongest growth in order from the Honey Peach, Strawberry Cake (best secondary growth),
and the Charlotte's Angel.
Then the Industrial Plant and Sweet Skunk also doing well.
The Sweet Pure is slow but very healthy, whereas the Jackpots are just not so great.

They're from 3" = 7.5cm tall (Jackpot and Sweet Pure) to 4" = 10cm tall the rest,
except the Charlotte which is just a bit over 5" = 12.5cm, leggy Dutch girl.

Most of them are showing their 4th set of true leaves now, just coming through.
Though the Sweet Pure is still on her 3rd, and the Jackpot barely past the 3rd.

The white on the leaves is a spray of diatomaceous earth, as I have fungus gnats...
They were fine with it, except the Honey Peach which has bleached a little.
I'm rinsing daily, and won't repeat.

All in all, pretty good at this point all things considered.
Not amazing, but then my light is rather small and cheap, and it's early yet.

In another few days to a week I'll be faced with the question of topping or not.
Topping may produce best overall yield, but it requires more space.
7 plants already in just 3 sq ft = 0.3 m2 is fairly packed ==> 21 plants / m2.
I can and will move the DWC veges out when needed.

Love and hugs,
MJS

Looking great! If you need more light, BigSmo is having a sale on 1 AutoCob for 99 dollars and you would be pleasantly surprised with how much one light puts out! ! :headbang:

I think I may need more light, and did see BigSmo's special!
But... despite my desire to bulk up my grow system,
am trying to keep it small and despite, and not freak out my partner...
(slowly... slowly... hehe...)
And for my next light, I'd really love to try a CMH to be honest.
But for cheap supplementals on this one, maybe 100 W of T5 LEDs...

Maria I know a lot of people bad mouth them but I had several very successful grows just using inexpensive Roleadros off Amazon.
This one and this one it used to be branded Roleadro but is Apollo now.

Hey! Yeah, lights like these sure aren't the top of the line,
but you can still grow some nice buds with them!
The one I'm using now... don't even know the name of the brand, haha!

I spend far, far, far too much time looking at lights and tents and prices. :p
