New Grower making a germinating box

i picked this up for a few bucks to try and make a box to get seeds germed and seedlings a place to get a few days old before putting in larger pots.i have a heat pad for the bottom. can someone give me alittle advice on what i will need.i have a 4 light fixture 4 23 watt cfls--heat pad--got to get a few things-----

Cool idea. You'll need some ventilation for sure. Other than that I think you're close to set.

i m interested in if the white is a good reflector or should i recover inside with something shiny--i figure 4 cfls 2 computer fans------trying to fit 12 plants in red <lets have a party> dixie cups--want to drill 12 holes in a piece of 1/4 inch plywood to hold cups upright--only want to use 10 days from germ!!!

I think that white inside their would be just fine, especially for just ten days.

seems its gonna do good for me---18 hours in the box and alot germing already---
