Magnesium deficiency with hard water

Hi all,

I'm a couple of days away from week 4, growing in Coco. it looks like I'm starting to get a Mg deficiency.

I have hard water where I am (272 mg/l CaCO₃ according to water company).

So I have never been sure what to do with calmag. I grew in soil before and used Epsom salts. I'm nervous of using cal-mag because of the additional Ca

any ideas?

If you just want to address the Mg deficiency, don't need to add Ca, just use Epsom salts. And consider foliar feeding - much faster results and avoids problems of adding more salt to your coco.
