My hay like harvest from earlier this year
Is it a good idea to reposition LST every couple days? Like have the plant bent down to the right for x days, then bend it to the left for x days?

I wouldn’t be doing it like that no. Tie it down for a few days, spread everything out, and eventually the plant will stay how’s its been “trained”, and you can remove the ties.

okay gotcha. I will just leave it alone lol. I think my problem is I feel I have to always be doing something, when really I should just let the damn thing grow. I'm getting better! My wife doesn't yell at me anymore for spending 2 hours a day in the backyard.

You did not say if in ground or in container. If in ground, best is bend to north. You may need to adjust over time as it grows - just move up a node or two. Also, as side branches develop - you may want to tie them down to get good spread away from main cola. Personally, while in a container, I top between 3rd and 4th node at about 20 days and after about another week, tie each new top down at about 33 degrees apart. Add side ties as needed for best circular spread of lower growth. All ties typically can be removed at about 35-40 days. I usually end up with 6-8 good, almost equal colas with a few smaller secondary colas. Spend your time looking for bugs and leaf tucking as needed. Don't over feed or over water!
